A Soft Support Session is a calm, adaptable space where we work together in whatever way feels most supportive in the moment.
There is no rigid structure.
There is no pressure to use the time “correctly.”
Instead, we gently follow what you need.
Sometimes we talk.
Sometimes we work side-by-side.
Sometimes we pause and breathe.
All of it is welcome here.
You do not need a perfect reason.
We meet virtually (video or audio—your choice).
At the beginning, we’ll take a moment to check in and feel into what would be most helpful.
From there, we move together at a pace that feels kind—not rushed.
