If you are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, anxious, or simply tired of systems that don’t fit you—you are welcome here.


This work is about slowing down, noticing what is already here, and finding relief in small, meaningful shifts.

I create gentle spaces for those who feel too much, think too fast, or get lost in the overwhelm to reconnect with themselves through small rituals, supportive presence, and compassionate decluttering.


Not everything needs to be pushed, fixed, or forced.

 I created The Ordinary Alchemist because I believe ordinary life holds quiet wisdom.


Not in a forced “look on the bright side” way—but in the way attention changes everything.


A small moment noticed.

A breath you didn’t rush past.

A drawer approached without shame.


These small things are not insignificant.

They are where change actually begins.

Support Sessions

I offer gentle, neurodivergent-friendly support for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally attached to the things around them.


Sessions may include:

  • Body doubling (quiet, co-regulated focus time) 
  • Gentle decluttering support 
  • Emotional processing around letting go 
  • Soft accountability without pressure 


This is not about productivity.

It is about making space—internally and externally.
